^U^ im getting my art progress in order after my break and all... (heem heem)

i want to focus on stylizing less and anatomy and graphical elements more!!

when it comes to art, the first thing i notice (for the sake of perspective -- hang in there...) is that i happen to be drawn to the "choice cuts", which for me, is a big thing i wish to learn to implement in my own drawings -- take van gogh for example; his work isn't linear but the brush strokes are pronounced but readable enough to form a small vignette that sings and adds to the fuller meaning of the portrayals (i've only seen a couple but starry night is my fave painting of his!) but when it comes to my own work, i often shortcut with the stroke order more than the brush emphasis itself! its a little hard to explain but overblending is my fave technique so far. i go out of my way to blur things so it represents my fave films -- noir and bird eye view shots from cinema (bird eye being the basis of where i get my 3d perspective knowledge from observational tacking on).

i wish to enhance these things :3c

as for the anatomical studies, i've been focusing less on medically-accurate bone structures and more of muscle and movement. its harder for a beginner to get into it but im learning slowly how to make a readable form and i think i might opt for that with a mix of the old western rubberhouse (-- as seen such as in mickey mouse and tom and jerry proportional dexterities :3c )

my process isn't as personal to me as it used to be because i love leaving little hints and timestamps for myself now and again. but its funny!

anywho...
